1. 我们处理哪些数据
- 你选择的照片：仅当你主动拍照或选图发起识别时。
- 识别、翻译或摘要产生的文字：由你发起的处理请求产生。
- 随机安装标识（installationId）：应用首次启动时本地生成的随机编号，用于试用配额与防滥用。不是账号，不含姓名、邮箱、电话或任何身份信息。
- 你的 Gemini API Key（可选）：只保存在你的设备本地，仅供你自己的直连请求使用。
2. 数据如何处理
- 试用模式（未配置自己的 Key）：照片压缩后经我们的服务器（Cloudflare Workers 上的 snaptext-ai）中转发送至 Google Gemini 完成识别/翻译/摘要，服务器同时以 Play Integrity 令牌验证安装真实性并控制试用配额。
- 自带 Key 模式：请求由你的设备直接发送至 Google Gemini API，不经过我们的服务器，我们看不到你的照片或文字。
- 朗读功能：使用 Android 系统语音在设备本地完成，不产生网络传输。
3. 我们保留什么、不保留什么

4. 数据共享
我们不出售任何数据。数据唯一的去向是你主动触发处理所必需的接收方：
- Google Gemini API — 完成识别/翻译/摘要（处理者）。
- Cloudflare — 试用模式下的服务器中转与防护。
- Google Play Integrity — 验证应用来自 Google Play 正版安装。
全部传输使用 HTTPS/TLS 加密。无广告、无第三方分析 SDK。
5. 权限使用
- 相机：仅当你点击「拍照」时使用。
- 照片 / 存储空间：仅当你点击「相册」选图时使用。
6. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，不会有意收集儿童的个人数据。
7. 删除数据
请参阅 数据删除说明。要点：应用内删除历史、清除应用数据或卸载即移除本地数据；服务器不保留内容。也可以随时发邮件到 chewyenhan@gmail.com 提出请求。
8. 政策变更
本政策如有更新，将在本页面发布并更新生效日期。

1. Data we process
- Photos you choose — only when you actively start a recognition task.
- Text produced by recognition, translation or summarization — generated by requests you start.
- Random installation ID — a random number generated locally on first launch, used for trial quota and abuse prevention. It is not an account and contains no name, email, phone number or identity information.
- Your Gemini API Key (optional) — stored only on your device, used only for your own direct requests.
2. How data is processed
- Trial mode (no personal API key configured): the compressed photo is relayed through our server (snaptext-ai on Cloudflare Workers) to Google Gemini for recognition/translation/summarization. The server also verifies install authenticity with a Play Integrity token and enforces the trial quota.
- Own-key mode: requests go directly from your device to the Google Gemini API. They never pass through our servers, and we never see your photos or text.
- Read aloud: performed locally on your device with Android system voice; no network transfer.
3. What we keep and what we do not

4. Sharing
We never sell data. The only recipients are those strictly necessary for features you trigger:
- Google Gemini API — performs recognition/translation/summarization (processor).
- Cloudflare — server relay and protection in trial mode.
- Google Play Integrity — verifies the app was installed from Google Play.
All transfers use HTTPS/TLS. No ads, no third-party analytics SDKs.
5. Permissions
- Camera — only when you tap "Take Photo".
- Photos / Storage — only when you tap "Gallery" to pick an image.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
7. Data deletion
See our Data Deletion instructions. In short: delete history in-app, clear app data or uninstall to remove local data; the server retains no content. You may also email chewyenhan@gmail.com at any time.
8. Changes to this policy
Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
